Shay was imported from the z Leonkovho Raja kennel and was bred by Jana Belanska. He is a big, sweet, lovable boy with very nice structure and a superb temperament. His mother is from Lempileijonan kennel in Finland and his father was born in Slovakia.
Shay finished his AKC Championship on 10/29/21 by taking Winners Dog and Best of Winners over a very large entry at the Triple Crown’s Leonberger Club of America Specialty, and he completed his Grand Championship shortly after. Shay was Select Dog at the 2022 AKC National Specialty and 2nd place Champion dog in the 2022 LCA National Club show. At the 2023 National Specialty Club show, Shay was 3rd place Champion Dog under judge Kerry Rushby of the UK.
